EuroBasket 2015, is the 39th edition of the EuroBasket championship that is organised by FIBA Europe. It is taking place in 4 different countries (Croatia, France, Germany, and Latvia) making it the first EuroBasket to be held on more than one country. EuroBasket 2015 takes place from 5. to 20. September in France, Germany, Croatia and Latvia. The Final Phase of the competition will be held in the multi-functional Lille Arena, which has a capacity of 27,000. Germany will face Iceland, Serbia, Turkey, Italy and Spain in Berlin, the host city for Group B action in Europe’s premier basketball event. As a result of the agreement, German basketball fans can look forward to watching all five of their team’s matches live and free on TV.
