Roger Federer announced on his Twitter page that he had been dealing with pain in his right knee:

“My right knee has been bothering me for a little while. I hoped it would go away, but after an examination, and discussion with my team, I decided to have arthroscopic surgery in Switzerland yesterday,”

Swiss star said that the doctors confirmed that it was the right thing to have done and are very confident of a full recovery.

“As a result, I will unfortunately, have to miss Dubai, Indian Wells, Bogota, Miami, and the French Open. I am grateful for everyone’s support. I can’t wait to be back playing again soon, see you on the grass!”

Roger also said that he will be ready for Wimbledon. He raised the trophy 8 times in England Club, last year he was defeated in 5 sets from Novak Djokovic.

The battle for a Grand slam title record is getting complicated!

Novak Djokovic won 17th Grand Slam Trophy in Australian Open this year and complicated the battle for history. He is a bit favorite in the next Grand slam tournament on clay, French Open, even if we know that Rafael Nadal is the “ King of clay” with a record 12 titles.

A lot of experts predict that Novak is the biggest favorite for Grand slam title record: Djokovic will take a lead at the end of 2021.”
